目的

The LindenTeach program is designed to improve the preparation of new teachers，改善 achievement of all students 和 提供支持 to buildings experiencing a deficit in substitute teachers.

The purpose of the internship program is to ensure that you are preparing to be innovative, 协作, effective 和 reflective;

• 创新点: to motivate creative thinking from students in the classroom by providing interesting, authentic learning experiences.  A focus on STEM 和 integration of technology to prepare 21st learners for jobs that aren’t yet even developed.

• 协作: to engage with other educators 和 students within the program. To find opportunities to observe master teachers in the classroom 和 vice versa for feedback.

• 有效: to provide a meaningful educational experience through the evidence of high quality instructional methods with a focus on the achievement of learning st和ards informed by appropriate assessment 和 data analysis.

• 反射: to be committed to continuous improvement through professional development, 研究, expert 和 peer modeling.
